I need a custom plug-in created for WooCommerce. The plugin is for a “tire finder” / “wheel finder”. Basically, a user needs to be able to input their: - Vehicle Year - Vehicle Make - Vehicle Model - Vehicle Type - Product (Wheels, Tires) Then, based on that data, it would determine what tires or wheels will fit that vehicle. The source data is coming from here: [login to view URL] Note: I have attached a sample data file. Note 2: Within the file, there are several columns that I do not think we would need. The last three columns is the (WIDTH, PROFILE, DIAMETER of the tire) This data is frequently updated as new vehicles are released in the market. So, we need an easy way to update the source data. Based on the user’s selection, it will determine the tire size or wheel sizes using the database. In some cases there may be multiple results, in which case it needs to present the user with the two options prior to conducting the product search. Then, it will query all the products loaded into WooCommerce to see which tires or wheels match that value. This, of course, means that when entering products, we will need specific fields to enter this information so your plug-in knows what it is trying to match against. Keep in mind, it will only show results for either Tires OR Wheels. So, there are three scenarios: - User enters fields and then clicks “Search Tires” or “Search Wheels” - We have a hidden field that specifies to only search tires, so the user just clicks ‘search’ (this would be from the tires sections) - We have a hidden field that specifies to only search wheels, so the user just clicks ‘search’ (this would be from the wheels sections) You can see examples of this here: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The WooCommerece theme we are using is fully responsive, so the plug-in my best responsive-friendly as well.
