Woocommerce Plugin

I am looking for a developer that has extensive knowledge regarding WooCommerce. We are an independent loyalty program, and we would like to have a plugin that would work in the woocommerce platform. What we are looking for is the ability to capture a customers phone number, email and the full purchase amount (pre-tax and shipping) and pass the information to our server, we would also need a few other identifiers as well. I would prefer to have a Loyalty Number field in the checkout form above all else. This information would be passed to us on a successful checkout and receive JSON code back from our server which would display information on the thank you page (confirmation page). I am not quite sure how this works which is why I am reaching out to a professional in this platform. We can discuss options as well. I have a tight budget however, so that will have to be taken into consideration.
