Website for Short Term Apartments

Our Place (an Israeli company) is a chain of apartment buildings with communal living spaces. Our target audience are young professionals, young adults travelling through the country looking for short term apartment accommodation or larger groups of young adults on a program looking for group accommodations. Our apartment buildings are centrally located in the heart of the city of Tel Aviv and Jerusalem, Israel. All apartments are newly renovated and fully furnished including sheets and towels. We need a website for our company - the feel of the site should appeal to our target audience of young professional, young adults (20-40) year olds. We want something fresh, young, trendy, clean, simplistic (very much like the feel of our apartments - you can see from the pictures attached in the wireframe). The site will need to have an integrated booking system of some sort - perhaps: [login to view URL] implemented within the site to allow guests to book directly online. This integrated system must speak with Air Bnb and booking.com. I need a designer that has proven experience working with integrated booking systems. The back end of the site must be user friendly and easily editable by us in terms of adding content, changing images, changing contact info etc. I have attached a basic wireframe which outlines most of the pages that we want (although you will see some are duplicates). I would like a freelancer who has design experience as well, I don't want to them just to copy the wireframe I have sent, rather send me ideas of web designs / templates that they feel could work for this project.
