Website Development for Sports related site

Looking for a freelancer to help in setting up a website that mimics this site ([login to view URL]). Site will be hosted using PHP7.4 / 10.3.37-MariaDB Please look at the reference site to understand what features are needed. The reference site allows for anyone to sign up as a contest owner, I highly recommend doing that to see the process flow, different options for contest owners, settings, etc. I will provide access to a contest owner account if needed to allow for freelancers to see contest owner administrative options. NOTE: I do not own the reference site or have administrative access to the site. Basics: The site will host and manage multiple NFL Superbowl-type Squares Contests. See this link for how the contests would work: [login to view URL] Requirements: Site Owner Admin functions to manage any contest. (Site Admin Area) Contest owner Admin Functions to manage contests (User Adin Area) GUI type admin functions. Freelancer must be able to speak/read/write in English. The app should automatically determine the winner based on the game's score, entered by the Site owner or contest owner. Must have the ability to host multiple contests. Must have the ability for anyone who signs up to host a contest and allow invites to each contest (Email, social media) Must have the ability for anyone to enter a contest as long as they have the password for that contest. Nice to haves: The ability for anyone to set up a contest (Free Version) Ability to upgrade to a paid version. Ability to have pools for multiple sports. Ability to have Multiple Grids for each contest, which allows for different numbers for each quarter Timeframe: Need as soon as possible, no later than early January 2023. Please be sure you fully understand how the contests would work. Knowledge of NFL Football is not required, but helpful in understanding the process. If chosen for this project, I will walk you through the different areas of the contest admin sections on the reference site to ensure you understand everything. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Payment will be provided once the full project is complete and fully tested. I am open to a shared revenue agreement in addition to project payment. (Full project payment + percentage of revenue the site generates for a predetermined length of time [example 3 years].). I am also open to a payment schedule based on development schedule milestones. If successful, additional functionality may be added in the future. As such, additional work may be needed. I am looking for someone willing to partner with me and be available for such work.
