We currently have an ecommerce website that requires changes to fields in the checkout section. We have 2 new fields that need to be added. One field is characters only while the other one is for adding a date. Therefore we need a drop down calendar whereby people can select a date. Both fields then need to be carried forward to the existing email confirmation PDF that the client receives upon making the purchase. We also have various payment options in the checkout, one of which includes PayPal. We want to apply 3.5% to all PayPal transactions that our clients make on our site. This covers the credit card fees that we are getting lumbered with! Therefore, when the client selects 'Pay by PayPal', the total amount (shown in the checkout) gets adjusted by adding the additional 3.5%. This adjusted amount must then get carried to the PayPal platform to take full payment. Please see the attached wire frames for more clear instructions.
