Website dashboard - Update and functionality

We have a test system which needs additional functionality adding, as we try to ensure proof of concept. We have 4 modules to complete and this is just 1 of 4. We have a time frame of 1 week for all 4, so we do need to work completed quickly and we will be as equally quick to respond to questions. So we do want to get started soon. The website is built in php and Mysql database, Jscripts, with some HTML scripts. We also have a number of E-chart and D3 graphs which need updating. The 1st module is: 1- Enable user creation on the website functionality is in place and so we just need confirmation process to be enabled with our email system. Also can you provide the documentation on how this is done for us. 2- Create a single page which has 22 graphs, which need to change through a drop-down at the top from Group 1 or 2, which will then alter all graphs on the page. All data is supplied in excel in table format. However, the data will need to be held in either a Mysql database table,CSV or Json file on the server. The graphs are a mixture of bar, dials and heat map graphs, however these are all in the template. Also I have provided a mock up of the page with all links to the right graphs. 3:- Provide all PHP Jscript and Json or Mysql scripting, along with all scripting commented so we can see the changes. This will need to be a tab at the top of the already set up website. We will then want to add a further 3 tabs to the header. 4:- All graphs will either E-chart or D3 graphs and these will be flagged on the briefing document. 5: The website review is fine on your server, but we will need you to upload the content on to our server and configure, MySQL, website and email connection for new users. 6: Commit to completing the other 3 modules to support us. However each one will be spec'd as this one so it will all be very clear.
