We require an exact replica of this website including the back end cms however we need it to be better. The site must also be fully mobile responsive, the link we gave you is not good on mobile phones so improvement there is required. Please see enclosed word document for a link to the website. The back end must have functionality to fully edit the front end text, pictures and content. The CMS itself must have the same code format as the link that you have been given. Please do not create it on wordpress. Please let us know how it will look and operate once you have finished. Please copy all the content including the language variations from the link provided. We will change all content ourselves once it is done. Once done we will need you to help with the site on an ongoing basis. Please provide the timescale and also your budget for giving us a replica of this site.
