Flow is like this: The application will have login screen, once user logs in , his view configuration will be fetched from MySql DB. Based on configuration the View will be created. This view could be a grid view (or some other view), where each element will be fetched using services. Each element would be clickable and display more details of that particular element(this information will be fetched using services and MySQL DB). Developer with good programming skill with web design background will be preferred.
