Hello Sir/ Ma'am, I can develop a very easy to use web application for your Diagnostic Lab. The web application will be moulded asper your requirements. The basic flow would be as follows (from what I have understood from the project description), The patients would be handed their username and password combination (either by hand or email?) Once their lab reports are ready, they will be uploaded, (sent to them via email?) or they would have to login based on the credentials they have and then download the report (pdf format? or image format) .
