I want a program made that basically create an instagram meme. I will simply drag the image to be cropped and used and type the text then it should save as an image. Full description: I want it to have a default 1000x1000px canvas, where I want to be able to add text to the top and then the ability to crop image(s) to display at the bottom. I want the image/text to be centered vertically with padding between the text and image. The end goal will be to generate an image like these examples: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This can be a python script, a website or anything that is easiest for you as long as it allows me to perform these basic actions of typing text and cropping an image to be centered on a canvas.
