VPS Full CPanel Backup Script Needed

I have a VPS and would like to get a script done which will run FULL CPanel backups of all my accounts. Ideally, it would allow me to have a listing of all the accounts on the VPS, and select a monthly, weekly, or daily next to each one. Ideally it would be a web interface, where I put in the IP address of the VPS Server, the Root username and password, and the authentication would be saved. I would also like the option to save the backup files to Dropbox, so allow me to enter Dropbox credentials, as well as an Amazon S3 Bucket. The most important part of this is getting the script working so I can get backups, and just download them. I would say, initially they can be saved in any directory inside Cpanel somewhere. Outside of public_html would be preferred. I am not only looking for someone who can accomplish this task, but can create a good looking interface for this. In your response, please include the words Cpanel backup at the top so I know you read this far. Ideally later down the road, I would be able to schedule, either daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, each account that is listed on the VPS. This is more of a phase 2 item which would not need to be done on this particular part of the project, but I am putting this in to let you know there will be continued development after this project.
