Overview: A detailed-oriented, proficient multi-tasker and problem solver needed to organize day-to-day administrative functions and coordinate internal/external communication within this online, health education business Key Skills: - Handling scheduling for the CEO - Answering diverse customer service emails - Posting on Facebook - Creating Infusionsoft eBlasts, campaigns, tasks, Etc. - Coordinating programs using a CRM (Infusionsoft a plus!) and Wordpress platforms - Scheduling and coordinating internal and external events - Making adjustments to websites using WordPress - Automating Word documents into Adobe PDFs - Editing documents as needed - Manages projects as assigned Tools: • Trello as the company intranet • Dropbox as the company storage space • GoToWebinar as the company webinar platform • Infusionsoft as the CRM • Word Press as the website interface If you are interested in this position, two references will be required.
