URL redirection site and a photo blog site

We want a new modern version of our small url redirection service and a photo/gallery blog site that is attached to the url redirection site. If you are interested in bidding please ask us for the urls. Then you create an account on the sites and login so you can see the features we want and get a feel of the type of sites we want. We want all the features the sites already have. We want a modern fresh fast loading design. We want extra features like: API for link and gallery creation Automatic/semi-automatic payout system (Paypal, Paxum, Payza and Bitcoin) Cheat protection features since this is a site where affiliates make money. Ban settings like ban IP, domain Force some domain to specific redirection url type. Captcha on signup and contact forms etc. MaxMind GEO intergrated (paid version) Admin interface for site settings etc. Blogs needs to have support for both photos and video streams (all 3rd party hosted) Do you have skills in programming, mysql, webdesign?
