To allow to insert an overlay stating image or gif is explicit / triggering, allow the image to be clicked if other users would like to see it. 2. add a check mark next to post button indicating it's marked. 3. able to edit post adding the trigger in case the user who is posting content forgot. 4. allow the poster to see a small symbol stating that it has been labeled. - to be easy to update and adapt, developer of the script is constantly updating it. - to send me the files to upload to the site.

Hi, You haven't mentioned anything about underlying system. Is it some framework (CI/Laravel) or some CMS (WordPress). But seeing at skills required I can assume that it's built on top of core php.
