Trading scripts with variable input

Hello, I am looking for a simple cryptocurrency trading scripts using the websites API that allows the following: After a manual input of the cryptocurrency abbreviation (e.g. ETH for ethereum) and preset buy or sell amount (e.g. 0.01 BTC) using a manual preset offset (in %) of the currencypair price rate above or below the current rate, a buy or sell order should be placed. This process needs to be completed quickly. So the process could look like: 1) manual entering date - presetting conditions -enter amount of BTC to be used to purchase an altcoin. -enter an offset (in %) of the current currencypair rate that is allowed for a buy or sell to occur. So lets say I put in 5%, that means if the price at the time of placing the buy or sell order has not changed more than 5% compared to the price at the start of running the script, the script will continue to the next step that will in end in placing the sell or buy order. - -manual input of the cryptocurrency of interest e.g. ETH. 2) an idea of what the script should do after entering the coin (e.g. ETH) en pressing enter or any key of choice. -after entering the coin, e.g. ETH, the scripts looks up and reads current ETH/BTC price and rate - it calculates the maximum price for which the coin can be bought using the price rate offset % manually entered prior to running as well as the amount of BTC entered. -the script uses the above data as input for executing the buy or sell process needed for the trading website API. - the script checks if the latest price still falls below the maximum price of the coin, or if the price rate is still below the offset % entered (eg 5%). -if yes then place order. If no stop script. So in the case all data except the coin itself is entered in the script, all I need to do is type in the coin (eg ETH) and press a key to run the script. The script should then be able to place the sell or buy order within a couple of seconds. If using an offset % for entering the maximum rate to allow placing a buy or sell order is not possible any work around is also of interest. A well trained API expert should be able to write a script like this within a day. I need the script fast. If it works and does what I want I will request similar scripts for other trading platform as well. If the script has performed successfully I will double the first payment (100 euro).
