Hi,
We are looking to build Web Ticket System where we would like to:
1- Enter Customer complain (contract customer or One visit customer) with customer detail and Machines contract DB.
- Can Choose from stored machines for each Customer.
- Ability to Schedule ticket.
2- Operation Manager Display, Divided into 3 zones:
A)New Tickets with timer (For assign Technical employee and notice).
B)In progress Tickets (chat between operation manger & Technical with pic upload feature from mobile cam).
C)Closed Tickets (keep in history )
- Ticket can contain more than CVR(Customer visit report)
- Tickets assign for each Technical in his account.
- Tickets Status (in progress, suspended).
- Query tickets screen.
3- Finally Ticket end with Accountant (material coast(enter manually), transportation cost) to count ticket cost
4- Reports :
- Each Technical transportation coast.
-Tickets coasts.
-Each customer Machines Tickets.
- Customer Tickets.
