Tally Integration with PHP Web Application (Both local in LAN)

I use wordpress wherein I have the WPERP accounting plugin (you can check online - its freely available) - . I need the sales entries passed in the wordpress plugin to be exported and imported TO and FROM TallyERP9 as needed. So I need someone who has worked with TDL (Tally language) and also PHP. Currently I am looking to export SALES INVOICE only for a start. . If there is a ready software available I am willing to look at that too. What would be the approx cost and time line. Important considerations:the following needs to be exported/imported to/ from the wordpress php plugin 1. Customers Name 2. Email ID and Phone number 3. Invoice amount 4. Reference Number and short description 5. Invoice date 6. Narration Memo 7. Sales invoice gets exported to tally on approval of the invoice in the software by admin ATTACHED is the copy of the sales invoice for your reference. Of course if the work is done well I will be eventually wanting to keep exporting more items as possible. I will need to own the source code if fresh coding is done instead of a readymade product If you have a better idea I will be happy to consider it thanks Arvind
