Hello, Please see some of my previous svg related works in "desktop and web softwares" category on my freelancer.com portfolio. You can see very complex svg related software screenshots there. I can shere some videos about the softwares too. I can make the project without problem as web software. It can be adapted to your site. I can develop a software that can apply effects on the links to the entered text. I can develop some not complex effects may be. But according to complexity, i would like to get extra payment for extra effects. So, i think better to talk more about the project. Thanks, Kadir.

Hi I basically understand what you need. I can do this as a web-application. It is going to have a rendering canvas where you will see the text and on the left or the right there will be a vertical bar where you can add the effects and combine them. And finally you will be able to export it as an image. The only thing that I can not do is combine the original SVG effects for you. I will make them as per the SVG spec and you will then have to experiment to achieve the desired effect. Regards, Emiliyan
