One of our providers has enabled a lookup for their coverage via an API. We would like to have a webpage designed that our support staff can use to input either an existing service number, GPS co-ords or an address via a Google Maps lookup to identify the location and then submit to the provider and return their feedback. I would like this project to log each request to the provider and their returns
