Style for "Select Category" field in Wordpress

Hey i see attachment image and i will change drop down style for select category in Back Office (admin) wherever it appears: - in category and edit category page -in add listing and edit add listing page I understand about select category style must be same with Select category style from Add Listing page in Front Office without "View All Listings" button. Let's start please
