Simple custom script that makes an API call and directs to a URL based on result of API call

With this project, you will be using the Google My Business Private API Requirements Of The Script You Write: Write a script that will be placed on my webserver which is already setup and working, php is already installed on the server. Retrieval of data, store data result on server and redirect user to a URL based on data result. Use OAuth 2.0 (you will be provided with a [login to view URL] file which is already granted access to the API we will be using) This is to be securely stored on my server and put in place by you for the script written to access for each API request. I want as much written server side possible and to remain private. Here is what the script must do when a request: Example: [login to view URL] (will run [login to view URL]) Script check the last time it called the API in minutes, if it has been less than 120 minutes. The script will not call the API again. If it has been greater than 120 minutes, the script will make a fresh API call and update the data file. If a fresh API call is needed, the script Make a fresh GET request to the API The API will query for 3 fields, each field will return a numerical number as low as 0 and as high as 99999 The script stores this data in a datafile you create on the server along with a date & time stamp it last called the api. Data file is to be stored in a secure folder on the server not accessible from www. The data file will contain each number it got from the API, example Result1=7, Result2=3, Result3=9, Based on result, it will redirect the user to a URL of my choice. In my case, whichever is the lowest number. So in this example, result 2 is the lowest number so it would redirect the user to ResultURL2. In the even the numbers return the same the computer may randomly pick one or whatever is first in the list.
