Setup server environment with latest Ruby framework

Will this be running on linux or windows server ? I have made several ruby servers, most of them using ubuntu. I can set up a server for you in about an hour after starting the job, and then I can setup your other server. When you say ruby framework, do you mean ruby itself plain, or additional packages. Is there a gem list you need to install ? Sometimes gems need additional libraries added. Usually, if you have an up to date linux, with admin privileges, that is not an issue

Hey The latest rails version is 5 and upgrading from 3 will be a huge task, there will be lot of things breaking since there is lot of changes between these 2 version. You will have to set more time and test this then only this can go live.

I can do what you need and setup the environment quickly using docker (a great tool), and you can install just docker on the server to setup the environment.
