I need help getting the WordPress plugin "Email Before Download" working correctly on an existing website. The plugin is installed, along with the required companion Contact 7 and Download Monitor plugins. A "Downloads" page is set up, with links to several sub-pages. However, filling out a "send download" form does not work. This should be a simple project for someone familiar with these plugins.
