I would like to have a script that will run twice per day on a cron schedule that sends users specific info concerning their account. This will contain the total number of new notifications they have unread, show the avatar they have on the site, show their username/real name , and 5 recent posts from 5 random people they follow. I should be able to arrange the email template any way I like, meaning instructions on where to change the template should be provided. The script will send them via an smtp server, so please make it available to use smtp settings. Also, this will utilize all email addresses in the users table, and a field will be set for people to opt in and out of these emails.
