Script for lawyer

Hello, I have a custom job. I need a script for lawyers, I need to show a paper where I need to adjust the margins ( the width and height ) and the lines(like 21 lines) in it, per example : I need to make a new document in the paper, so when I start the new page(when I click into the new document button) show me the pop up with the margins of the paper and the line and if the paper is front or the paper is the back like the first and two images I show you(name of the images) The user can change the margins(superior, inferior, Line spacing, left side and right side) and select the front or back of the paper and in which line the user will start the writing, when the margins are selected by the user, the javascript will change the entire document (margins, font, font size, Line spacing, etc). The background image will be the same of the third image (I will give you the better image later) And for last, I need to some special inputs like a predesigned templates (fourth image), where I change the name of the user or "X" values inside of {} or similar... these inputs there will be in the left side of the screen and will be added the necessary quantity needed for the user(but there will be for default fifteen.(I will give you an example of document showing you where will be the predesigned values.) Also when the user insert numbers in the document, javascript by default will change those numbers to letters by showing him a modal question about it. Numbered the pages if the document have more than one page, and showing the user at the end if will be showed or not, and if the numbered pages will showing in the left, center or in the right of the page, and if will be in numbers or in letters. Why I need the front or back in the beginning of the document? well when the document is ended and if the user need to save and print it the margins the line will be act, because the margin in the front side is totally different that the back side (fifth image and sixth image).
