JDownloader 2 Plugin

I have a set of ADULT websites I am subscribed to that offer downloads on their webpages I'm already using Internet Download Manager and JDownloader 2 to download from these websites, but I have to add download links manually, page by page, button by button, click by click. I'm looking to get this process automated. Either that the sites be scraped and the download links (only to highest quality video) would be made into a document, so that all I have to do is run the script then copy-paste the links in the document. Or integrate the script into JDownloader (open source program) so that it would carry the task. Keep in mind that all these websites have expiring links. If I kept them in the download queue for a few hours, they will no longer work. So I need a mechanism to renew the links, or replace expired ones with valid ones. It has to be an executable code, meaning that I need it to be practical, not plain code or anything that I can't run.
