Our CRM has a plugin for Microsoft Outlook. This plugin allows our users to send file notes and jobs to our CRM, along with copies of the email content that is relates to, as well as any document attachments. This project is to create a further copy of the file note and to send it to Salesforce, including note summary (typed into the plugin before sending), note contents (the content of the email thread), copy of the .msg file and any document attachments (optionally selected by the user). There will be a need for the successful bidder to set up their own Salesforce trial account so that they can show the proof of the functionality working, once completed. It is expected that you will be a very experienced developer in the Microsoft office suite framework.
