We need a C/C++ developer with previous experience on Kannel SMS Gateway. We need to modify OpenSMPPBox module to fit one of our requirement. Currently opensmppbox allows one by one SMS submission. We need a way to so we can restrict the percentage of SMS forwarded by Opensmppbox. So if one of our SMPP client submits say 100 SMS, we can set a delivery percentage of 75% and only randomly selected 75 messages will be pushed. Rest will not be sent but manually generated Deliver_SM PDU will be generated for those as false delivery report. Please let us know if you have ideas on how this can be implemented.
