Recreate an Excel file in a Joomla view

I have few questions to ask you 1) You will add all the details of appointment manually? 2) Do you just want to display the list or you want more functions to have in lists? 3) What is your current Joomla version I am ready to start right away and aiming to finish this task in a couple of days will try to finish asap.
