Urgent job - Requires analysis & completion within the next 1 hour!

I have a filterable portfolio within Avada that display 4 main categories of work that a hotel & renovation company displays.

Under one of the categories, there are 4-5 subcategories.

The normal functionality is that these subcategories sit in line with the other categories.

We need them to drop down in a menu style when hovering on the parent category, and for the subcategory menu/items to be responsive, positioned relative to the location of the parent category.

I suspect CSS, jQuery & a dabble of PHP might be needed for this quick job.
