We need to re-do our website [login to view URL] We have a database that automatically updates with homes for sale however we are looking for a new look and need a website that must able to - search through the database using various criteria (beds, baths, sqft, price range, street address) - have a functioning contact form The main contact form should direct to a general office inbox; the contact forms for individual properties must either go to the general office inbox or, if the listing broker is from our office, direct to that listing broker's email. The home display should find a specified number of listings and display our office listings first, with a "featured listing" denotation; and must prominently feature a search bar. The search feature must display half page of listings in a vertical row with a half-page map. Individual property pages must display address, overview (including beds, baths, sqft), and feature photo gallery; mapped location; three similar properties based on predefined criteria; contact agent form. Website must be have mobile version, and be SEO friendly. Features that would be bonus: - backend to update About Us, News sections; upload Agent Bio's. - Calendar system to book appointments directly from property pages.
