.psd to Wordpress theme based on Bootstrap
Whole site needs to very quick loading, using as little code as possible html5 and css. Little Java as possible.
Needs to comply with GDPR
Will have a customer login area with private blog and online forms to fill in.
Needs to have simple CSS html 5 menu, 1 x tier only no drop downs. No additinal plug ins. Needs be responsive and have just the 3 x lines for the menu when viewed on smaller device like a smartphone.
Featured image possibly with basic slider, featured image to contain html text, also a call to action css roll over button.
Repsonsive columns with page content, need 2 column and 3 column as per .psd file. Columns need to go under one another when screen size reduced. Image alignment on pages to allow correct text reflow on smaller screen devices. Blockquote text set up in css to match style in .psd
