Property Management System - CodeIgniter

I need a property management system done where ADMINS can manage
1) Properties,
2) Clients (property owners)
3) Service Providers, eg. cleaners, electricians, plumbers, etc...
4) External bookings made sites like Airbnb
5) Service Request for services done on the properties such cleaning and repairs.
The concept is based on ADMINS, who manages the properties on behalf of the owners. These properties will be listed on Airbnb and other short-term holiday booking sites. ADMINS will manage the cleaning after each booking or repairs if there are any damages or faults. So ADMINS must be able to raise service request for each property and issue invoice to the property owners for any services rendered on the properties. ADMINS will also be able to raise regular (weekly, fortnightly, month, quarterly, etc...) invoices to the property owners for the primary management service of the property.
There is no requirement to link to Airbnb or other booking sites or accept direct bookings as this is only for managing the properties.
Software Libraries Requirements:
- CodeIgniter framework with HMVC and EUM Auth libraries
- MySQL
- JQuery
- Bootstrap
I will provide the admin HTML theme to be used for the site.
