We're building a development team, and we require a project manager to help us manage numerous projects. We have a few projects, written in PHP - functioning across Web, Mobile and Desktop. Our applications are Isomorphic, and quite niche in doing this. If you have any technical knowledge around PHP, DevOps or Isomorphic Applications that would help. We'll have 10-20 projects at any in different stages of development. 3 UK Devs, 3 Devs in India, DevOps, Testing and Design also in India. We would want you to provide management over all of these tasks, and largely over the Teams/Individuals in India. If you are accustomed to Agile projects, built using Vagrant, Jenkins, Cloud/AWS, Jira, Github/Bitbucket/Gitlab and tools like this, we have a similar stack. We have a full set of automation, and when working efficiently could deploy 5 or 10 new tested features in a day. You would be in charge of managing tasks for team members, unblocking tasks for team members, and doing updates and reports from the Issue Tracking tool. We have about 350 tasks in the tool at the moment, and I have a Spreadsheet with 100~ more. It would be your task to measure the Velocity of the team, and assign tasks to all members based on Effort, Value, Priority. I would prefer someone in the Indian Time Zone or near, as that is the Time Zone of the majority of our Team. The 2 UK Devs are also DevOps and the Managers of the company. As such, we're providing lots of engineering and support, feel free to give us as many engineering tickets as you wish, but for direct project management over tasks, thats mostly to India. We can most likely unblock our own tasks.
