I am looking for a developer to help me put together a Progressive Web App that will be a wagering game. It is sports-related, but for the wagering, think of the turn progression of a Roulette game where players can place a bet on a number, color, series of numbers, etc., then when the result of the spin occurs they get paid on the particular odds of their bet. I have all the calculations and data, and it will not be as complex as an actual roulette game, but this is the closest comparison I could think of. For this game, there must be a back-end admin website where the admin posts the results of a "spin" and a push notification is sent to the player on their mobile device, and their account is updated. The backend of the site must also record all historical data for the game in a database. There will be user authentication, and it will also be tied to a payment system. I have wireframes and all the relevant flow charts to expedite the development of this PWA and am looking to start ASAP. I feel as though this will be a fairly straightforward project for the right person - minimal graphics (the interface will basically be buttons...no intense graphics or "moving parts") and the flow of the app is fairly simple. Please share your previous project(link or github) when you apply. I don't want any responsive web app, only really progressive web app which app-like feature(push notification, offline and app icon).
