I need the programming of a landing page. I need you to comply with the following characteristics: - Create and link the form with a database in mysql. - That depending on the city that is placed is sent to one mail or another. - That the database show automatic reports weekly and that these reports reach the mail. - That by clicking on the SEE VIDEO button, the video starts playing on a screen superimposed. - When you click on send the following screen, with a countdown and send to the main page. I submit all the editable files in illustrator and video. I need to know what time it takes and how much it costs. And above all, discretion.
