plugin for whats app chat

Hi there, i need a developer who can research and create some plugin to integrate whats app in [login to view URL] can use what app library for it . i want a developer to write a clean code to get whats app password or authentication by sending OTP. and a chat box to directly send messages from website. This is very small budget project (inr -3000)and i will only pay after completion of project.
