plugin customization of woo commerce

Currently using [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The first plugin helps send custom email content along with the woo commerce order, However the 2nd plugin has its own script for generating an email when there is a stage/status change, hence the custom email is not getting effected when ever there is a email generated as a result of stage change from second plugin. need to make the 2 plugin compatible. or I need a feature where additional product information can be sent along with woo commerce order. The regular email just sends the default order information. However we need to send additional product information and description along with the email.
