We need a little help connecting to a third party service API. Our platform is LAMP. We need some PHP code to connect to the vendor's server, using SSL and a private cert, and call a few of their methods.

We've tried using PHP's SoapClient class, but cannot configure the security. We then attempted to use Curl, but not making much progress.

Please, only bid if you have done this type of thing before.
