PHP Secure Session Accessing Browser Cookie without Regenerating Session

Hello Freelancer, I have an open source PHP Secure Session Class script that I am working on. The script works already, the script will create a cookie session flawlessly. The cookie session will end as soon as the user closes the window, and the cookie session can also be destroyed by calling the class. Currently I am not able to verify if the cookie session is in the browser's cookie console. When I try verifying if the cookie session exists in the browser's cookie console, instead of verifying if the cookie session exists I end up creating a new session under the browser's cookie console.
I want to be able to find out if the cookie session exists and if there is a certain variable in the cookie session without starting a new cookie session. Please let me know how much you charge.
