Also please share the datasheet of watch and the protocol document too. PHP is not the language to use when dealing with socket IO. You may have noticed that Traccar, and OpenGTS are written in Java which is much more efficient than PHP when dealing with tracking devices. Java code can be developed for Traccar to send commands to the wrist watch tracking device, this bid is for that.

First I would need to clarify the project requirements. How much of the database schema is in place. Aside from GPS, does other data from the watch, heart rate for example, need to be persisted? Next, I would add code to query the watch. Finally save incoming data to the database. Ideally, I would have physical access to a watch to assist with debugging and testing. The next best thing would be access to someone wearing the watch and willing to answer questions.
