I need a robot phone dialer to play up to 2 minute pre-recorded messages, no answering service, or the pushing of buttons, to send audio blasts I will create here as .WAV file. If the person answers, "Hello, Hello," or "Security", or something that sounds like a "beep" sound, assuming the many answering machines that don't require pushing buttons, but roll into a voice box, then the message plays. I have lost too much money on automated serves where you play when the live person or voice box does not get the message. I want a way to store 11 digit numbers in MySQL database, I will gladly pay as much as 0.5 - 1.0 cents per call as phone bots are illegal here domestically.

Hello, What I understand is, You want to play a sound/voice message when answering machine is silent? I understand that you want to upload phone numbers but I just want to understand when do you want to play a voice message? a) When Human answers the call? b) When voicemail answers the call and there is a pause/silence?
