An inventory manager will be there who will be able to add/delete/edit the items & their quantities. 2. Dispensers/issuers will be able to issue items. An unique code will be given to the issuers for every time of issuing which they need to provide to identify themselves as well. 3. Auditor will be able to download an excel file containing an inventory status report. From this file they can determine which item need to refill. The recorded flags can also be emailed automatically by this system. 4. A bar code scanner will be there as well. It's a quite big project and we need to discuss it in detail.
