PHP/Front-End Dev for Hosting Template Integration with WHMCS

I am looking for a SOLID PHP and Front-end Dev that knows their stuff and has experience with WHMCS (which is basically PHP and Smarty Template Engine). We are a team of designers & developers, and we take the development process very seriously. In order to work for us, you must ABSOLUTELY understand how to use Github. This means small and frequent "commits" (several times per hour) and understanding how to "push" and "pull" frequently. If you are in the habit of making big change sets on your commits, or pushing once per day... then please do not bid. We are getting rather tired of explaining this to people... For this specific project you should be an accomplished Front-end Dev and have PHP down cold. Moreover, I need someone that has actually done integrations with WHMCS. I'm not talking about just doing a light integration of the BODY... but actual work the the header and footer files as well. We know pretty well what we are dealing with here, so you really need to understand the Hosting Business and how to pull off a full integration with WHMCS. Our project requires an IMMEDIATE start... so again, please only bid if you have the bandwidth and are ready to get going today. I am located in Japan (GMT+9), but for this project you will need to be active, in-front of the computer and actually getting stuff done... (This includes getting work done through the weekend). Your mission will be to a full design integration into WHMCS and to make the entire client experience seemless.
