PHP Email Notifications Module With Cron Jobs functionality

The purpose of this project is to develop a system that works as a standalone module designed to work with our proprietary internal CRM/Dispatch system, but can be disabled without affecting the system’s functionality. The name of this feature will be PostOffice. The PostOffice will have administrative interface that will the OTS Administrator to: • Create Email groups (ie. Sales, marketing, collections, etc) • Create email templates • Manage documents which can be attached to email templates o Upload/Delete Documents The PostOffice should have configurable settings that will enable the administrator to make adjustments such as server/smtp information, system configurations, etc. in an easy to use interface. You must provide relevant projects in your bid, include the keyword 'Alpha' in your bid to prove you've read this, and include either back-end access or screenshots to verify your projects. We also need a hard timeline, and budget. I'll send details to ones shortlisted.
