Hello, It's not good practice to make changes in the theme unless you are using a child-theme. You don't want your changes to be overridden when the theme is updated. Themes like Allegiant rarely hard code information in it. Plugins like Beaver Builder that is installed along with the theme can be used to make changes to the information. Another common practice is to store information in widgets which provide forms to edit information. To change the links in the services area. I will examine how the links are added to the theme by looking in the areas I stated above. The links will be changed to point to the URL you provide to me.
