PHP developer needed to fix a few things on our WP site..

Here is the old development site that the original coding was done on: [login to view URL]
The new site is the one we want to make changes on. So far it’s mostly just a few css changes etc.
So as you can see, on the homepage, there is a quote form: [login to view URL]
We want to copy it to this page: [login to view URL]
So we would need to remove the sidebar for this, and just create a wide format page.
Right now, it's all integrated into the template etc. So need to probably create a new page template with just this quote section.
Secondly, as you can see, down the bottom: On the dcevelopment server, just above the footer is the about energy smart section: [login to view URL]

it's not working. I think its just a PHP call error
Thirdly, we'd like to change the CSS a bit, and make the menu on the site look exactly like this: [login to view URL]
