I need to produce an HTML file that contains a JavaScript-run Highmaps that is similar to this one--[login to view URL] Instead of US map, I need to show a Philippines map initially with the 17 regions and the drilldown is at the barangay (village) level. The shapefiles for the regional maps and barangay maps are attached.
