Anyhow I can fix the issue on your website . We have to fix htaccess file and installing to cache plugin . You are using a JetPack api that is adding 14 JavaScript's that are drastically slowing down your website. Normally we can just defer them and your PageSpeed will return. I do not know if we can defer these scripts and you may have to stop using JetPack and use a regular plugin. The other items can be fixed.
