Dear freelancers,
We would like to explain the project in short. The system is going to be a web-based intranet for a safety company. In this system, we can create/change/remove our clients and assign the bundles they are hiring from us. We are offering business-to-business services, so we are a business and our clients too.
- We are able to create/add/change clients to the intranet.
- There are 7 bundles available for the clients that they can buy. So we offer 7 bundles.
- Per client we want to select the bundles they bought from us.
- Client automatically needs to get one or multiple login accounts to manage the content from the bundles.
- The content of the bundles consist of forms and some downloadable documents. For example the 'bundle 1' has 5 forms for the client to fill in. Some of these forms need to filled in every month, other forms just once. We will discuss that later. So the client needs to get an email reminder when a form needs to be filled in.
- We can add the forms to the bundles, so we can create them and set some custom rules in it. For example: when the client answers 'no' on question 3, they need to get a new textarea on the bottom of the form.
--> The client can fill in the form and we get an email reminder of the completed form.
- For every client we need statistics for every separate form. So, for example, for client 2 in form 3, we need to be able to check how many times they answered 'no' on the first questions on that form.
- Every client has a separate 'page' called 'employees' where they can add all their employees. For every employee, they can add simple details like the name etc. Next to this, they need to be able to upload all certificates, diploma's and other documents. The client and we need to be able to see all of these documents.
- Next to this employee pages, clients need to have the pages containing the bundles. So when they have bundle 1 and bundle 2: they should get 2 pages in their menu.
- Clients also need to be able to change their contact details and we should be able to see that too.
This is the global structure of the system. Of course there should be email reminders for the deadlines of the forms for the clients. Also some other basic functionalities will be added of course. We will discuss these during the project.
